ITINERARY
1
DAY 01: GUWAHATI
Transfer from Guwahati Airport to Hotel. Evening visit Kamakhya Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the mother goddess Kamakhya and Sankardev Kalakhetra, a cultural institution.

DAY 02: DIRANG
Transfer from Guwahati to Dirang by Coach. Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre which shelters 500 varieties of orchids which are available in various parts of Arunachal Pradesh. It is a premier Institute of excellence in orchid research and development.

DAY 03: TAWANG
Transfer from Dirang to Tawang by Coach. Enroute witness the unique Dirang Valley famous for its monasteries, hot Springs, Apple Orchards and Sheep Breeding Farms. Also witness the Sella Pass, the Jaswant Garh War Memorial and Jung Falls.

DAY 04: TAWANG
Enjoy city sightseeing which includes Tawang Monastery, Urgelling Monastery, Ani Gompa. Later visit the War Memorial commemorating the bravery of the Indian heroes of the Indo-China war of 1962. Evening witness the Light and Sound Show.

DAY 05: BOMDILA
Transfer from Tawang to Bomdila by Coach. Bomdila is a small town famous for its Buddhists monasteries, magnificent valleys and Himalayan landscapes.

DAY 06: KAZIRANGA
Transfer from Bomdila to Kaziranga National Park by Coach. Evening at leisure to relax or stroll on your own.

DAY 07: KAZIRANGA
Early morning go for Elephant Ride. Later proceed for Jeep Safari in the Central Range which covers the Daphlang and Kathpora. Later enjoy Local Village and Tea Garden Tour.

DAY 08: SHILLONG
Transfer from Kaziranga to Shillong by Coach. Enroute visit Umiam Lake, the biggest artificial lake in Meghalaya in midst of Sylvan hills. Later visit Cathedral of Mary and Ward’s Lake. Evening visit Police Bazaar for Shopping.

DAY 09: SHILLONG
Full day excursion to Cherrapunjee ? the wettest place on earth. In Cherrapunjee visit the Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkalikai Falls. Later take a soft cave walk inside the Mawsmai Cave. The limestone cave is a natural wonder with innumerable formations inside it. Also visit the Ramakrishna Mission.

DAY 10: SHILLONG
Full day excursion to Mawlynnong, the cleanest village in Asia also known as ‘God’s own Garden’. Walk down a flight of 200 steps to witness nature’s wonder, Living-Root Bridge. The bridges are tangles of massive thick roots, which the local people inter-twine to form a bridge that can hold several people at a time. Later drive to Dawki, a village of the Jaintia community whose prime occupation of fishing. Be mesmerized by the beauty of the Umngot River, famous for its crystal clear water.

DAY 11: GUWAHATI
Transfer from Shillong to Guwahati by Coach. Evening enjoy River cruise over the river Brahmaputra and do some last minute shopping in the local market.

DAY 12: DEPARTURE
Transfer to Guwahati Airport for departure.
