Senior Citizens - Group - Himachal & Punjab
Well organized such a long trip and maximum comfort was provided. Big travel time from place to place was tiring but no choice to cover places like Chandigarh, Golden Temple and Wagha Border in Amritsar, Dharamashala, Manali, Kullu and Shimla in Himachal Pradesh in seven days. Suggest Goodness to provide air till Chandigarh instead of Delhi for future travels to avoid long journey even it costs little high. Overall satisfaction – 80% to holidays (travel time was tiring) and 100% to GOODNESS for their personal care and involvements.

We used the services of Goodness again and soon after our holidays in Sri Lanka. Like last time we experienced in Sri Lanka, the travel arrangement for Ooty also was excellent. Specially, the stay in Jungle Retreat at Family Tree House was unforgettable experience in life and was awesome. The food was excellent both in Jungle Retreat and Sullivan Court.
Recommend Goodness all the time to our other friends and rate Goodness as usual with 5/5.
Senior Citizens - Group - Sri Lanka
This was all new experience for most of us to walk through with the foots of Ramayana. Well planned and executed by GOODNESS. Seven days and six hotels, was well managed from Negombo, Tricomalle, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Katargama to Colombo. Seeing bunch of Elephants constables on way to Kataragama was a beautiful eye watching experience. WELL DONE & KUDOS.

The tour arrangement provided by Goodness Travels and Services was very good and they were courteous to take the feedback on a daily basis during the entire trip of 13 days.

To start with I would like to thank you for the efforts taken on the finalisation of our trip as it was a rainy season we were left with not many options . But I appreciate your patience to work out many iteneries for us.
Our trip began on a happy note with the flights being on time and the chauffer who came to Chnadigarh to escort us Mr Vinod, was indeed a very good driver who was alert on the ghats . The hotel we checked in at Manali, The Quality Inn had very courteous staff and the rooms were not of choice but when I called you, you readily agreed to upgrade us to better rooms . We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Our next on the list was Chandigarh where we were supposed to spend the night and leave for Amritsar as a day trip but having experienced the journey ey uphill and the uproar we decided to head directly to Amritsar so I had to call you to get us the room bookings at Amritsar . You got us a wonderful stay at the Golden Tulip hotel with just one phone call.
I would summarise my whole trip as the best trip since it was you who was flexible to change the plan according to our needs. I would say the itenary mentioned earlier was not too practical but as and when we wanted changes on it, you got it done .
Overall a crazy trip with loads of wonderful memories and a lot of learning on how to have an organised trip for our next .
I would rate Goodness travel 4 on 5 . And that one point is very important for Mr Rosario to practically work out the itenary .
Will recommend others for sure.

This was an excellent holidays for the family both in Bali and Singapore. The arrangements provided by Goodness was at par with excellence. Specially, the courteous from the staffs at Bali was very good. The room was small compare to Singapore hotel. Even we were bit late for dinner, we were accommodated and the meals were served. The itinerary was well planned and was executed as was committed. Happily recommend Goodness to all to take their service to enjoy your holidays.

Goodness was friendly and helpful all through from the beginning till we reached back home. They are highly professional. The flight given was high in quality. The hotel arrangement and choices of food were excellent. The holiday was lived up tp our expectations. We did receive value for the money we paid. Will surely recommend Goodness all the time.

Goodness exceeded our expectations in terms of their offerings and promises. We as a bachelors, had very nice time and holidays. Apart from sightseeing in the itinerary, they also directed us to the activity zones interesting to bachelors like casino etc., Food was very good in all the hotels we stayed both in Kandy and Colombo. Thanks to Goodness and will take their services again and recommend to others for most cost effective holidays without compromising on the quality they provide.

The Dambulla caves, the national park and Galle were the highlights for me.
It may have been nice to have spent one night at Galle (maybe if we had
another day). We did not do the boat trip on the river near very walls – we
were all a bit tired and wanted a day off!
Driver- The driver we had (Anoushka) was wonderful, very polite, always on
time and knew his way around well. The car (mini van) was also perfect.
Thank you again for organising everything. It was a wonderful holiday and
am sure we would like to go back! I have attached a few pictures for you.

Our trip to Sri Lanka was great. We enjoyed the tours and also enjoyed the free days at the beach. Sophia did not want to leave. We had a great vacation.
The driver was also very good. He had lots of patience as with 2 little girls we had frequent stops. He accompanied us on tours when necessary and helpful. He was very knowledgeable on Sri Lanka’s history. His English was good.

Shimla & Chandigarh - Honeymoon (Sathish - Chennai)
The arrangement was amazing and pucca. We enjoyed every bit. Without any additional cost, Goodness upgraded our hotel in Chandigarh as a gesture being a new married couple. Typical Chennai food was missing in Himachal hence rating 4.75/5.
Have already recommended my friends to avail the services from Goodness undoubtedly.
